Parties & Functions

The purpose-built Kingfisher Suite is the perfect place to celebrate your very special day. At Oake we specialise in helping to make your day trouble-free and memorable.

We have a superb setting with fine views and parkland to make a fine backdrop for your photographs. We have well-furnished and comfortable rooms, which can be adapted to accommodate parties up to 250.

We can arrange formal layouts or a party atmosphere. We can set up PA systems, dance floor and arrange entertainment if required.

Whatever your chosen style, we have expert and attentive managers able to talk through all the potential options and advise on your choices.

As always at Oake, we will be flexible and professional in making, confirming and delivering the arrangements. We can look after as much or as little as you want, but the one thing of which you can be assured is that fine food and wine will be the cornerstone of your celebration.

We have a wide range of menus to chose from, based on fresh, local produce and with dishes suitable for the time of year. Options range from buffets to dinners. Wine and beverage services can also be arranged on any format.

We recognise too, that sometimes your ideal special day might just consist of a small discrete party for a few friends and close family only, perhaps mid-week. This is no problem. Rest assured, that whatever the size, style or timing of your wedding celebration we will work hard to ensure a special day for you.
