Memebership

At Oake Manor Golf Club we have various membership categories to suit all needs.  These are detailed below with rates from 1^st April 2006: -

LADY GOLD	£495.00 FOR MEN & LADIES No fees midweek - half at weekends	£275.00 (inc of VAT)
SILVER	£310.00 Half green fees payable per gameNote: Silver members are full members and can play at any time..	£220.00 (inc of VAT)
STUDENT	£295.00 No further green fees FOR ALL YOUNG ADULTS 18 to 23 yrs	£150.00 (inc of VAT)
JUNIOR
Under 16 yrs	£150.00 No further green fees	No entrance fee
16 to 17 yrs only	£150.00 No further green fees	£100 (inc of VAT)

All fees are inclusive of VAT.

Juniors with no handicap or 28 and above may play at weekends after 2.30pm or 12.30pm in winter.  There is no restriction at weekends for juniors playing with an adult or experienced junior with a handicap.

Our membership year runs from 1^st April to 31^st March and members joining between these dates will be charged pro-rata subscription plus one month.

In addition to the entrance fee and subscription there is a £10 Club Levy and the EGU and SGU fees of £11 and ladies LGU and SLGU fees of £14.50.  Please note that the entrance fee is non-refundable.  It is possible to upgrade your membership by paying the difference in the entry fees.

If you would like to join Oake Manor Golf Club please download an application form or alternatively a form can be collected from the Pro Shop or call Oake Manor on 01823 461993.

Please return your completed application form with two passport-size photographs and a £50 deposit to our Membership Secretary, Louise Woodmason.  Upon receipt Louise will acknowledge your application in writing and add you to the waiting list.

When membership is available you will be contacted by Russell Gardner, our Golf Manager, to arrange an informal interview with him.  Once membership has been offered you will be asked to pay the remainder due less your deposit upon acceptance.  Deposits are refundable if your application is withdrawn.
